I see some beauty.

It’s satirical. I’m saying words are arbitrary, that beauty is subjective, that maybe it shouldn’t matter. And what if we were all ugly, what would we be concerned with then?
What if we all had a paper bag on our head? with holes for the eyes? all the same? An army of (douche)bags? I guess we ll still be concerned by how to make our bags more resistant somehow..
Haha an army of douche bags. We’d start painting our bags. We’ve just become a tad obsessed with it…
Totally obsessed! That’s another reason why I love being an expat in Asia. I don’t connect with the local fashion, the clothes, the make up .. No offence, what looks good on a tiny cute Thai or Korean was definitely not made with my size, my hair or my eyes in mind..
I love the freedom that comes with being a being a foreigner, people expect you not to fit in. Would be a shame to disappoint them.
I never thought of it that way. But you’re absolutely right. A farang can dress in grunge clothes and not be dismissed. You’re expected to be odd.
See? the Privilege of being different. For once there is one..
Maybe who’s ugliest?
I kinda wish everyone else was ugly to be honest with you. Then I’d feel like I fit in. (Point well taken though.)
Don’t make me cry, dammit! 😛
I like the art very much.
Yes they’re all individuals. That’s what attracted me to the artist’s gallery. The diversity of faces and expressions.
A good friend of mine insisted that every woman is indisputably beautiful. He conceded that sometimes you have to look pretty deep, but every woman has it. Now I’m older I agree.
Love the artwork.
That’s a lovely thought. Men ought to be indisputably beautiful too. 🙂
Ha, yes, if men put bags over their heads we’d spend all our time drawing rude pictures on each others bags… Not sure how beautiful that makes us…
Hello, i see you have dropped by to have a read!
Are those you water-colour paintings?

If you change that Clever Quip to:” There are No beautiful people 0nly ugly ones” I would be incline to believe it.
